Product Inspection & Description
All of our products—both cameras and film—are carefully sourced and personally inspected before being listed. We provide thorough descriptions and high-quality photos for each item, clearly noting any defects or issues. While we ensure every product is in working condition, vintage film cameras can occasionally develop issues. For this reason, we strongly recommend testing your camera and developing a roll of film within 30 days of receiving it, especially if you're planning to travel or give it as a gift.
Returns & Warranty Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, but only if the item arrives with issues not disclosed in the original product listing. If you notice a problem, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. After contacting us, the item must be shipped back within 30 days. Please retain and reuse the original packaging for returns.
We cannot accept returns initiated after the 30-day warranty period. If you open a return or issue request within the warranty window, you’ll have 14 days to return the item. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe or a valid tracking number is not provided, we will not be able to process a refund.
Return Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in the same condition as received.Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted in the following cases:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).
- The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
- The buyer changes their mind.
Shipping & Refunds
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent, any loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once we’ve reviewed the item and confirmed the issue, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 days.
